Mr. Amjad Jarrar is currently Instructor at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), College of Food and Agriculture, Department of Food, Nutrition and Health.
His professional experience includes 21 years as an instructor in universities in M’UTAH University-Jordan and in UAE University, more than 10 years as sport nutrition consultants at Aljazeera Sport Club, Abu Dhabi –UAE.
He has published 15 articles in Peer Reviewed Journals. His research interests include sport nutrition, metabolic syndrome, Assessment of salt intakes and glycemic index.
Mr. Jarrar, has a Master of Science degrees in Nutrition and Food from Jordan University. He is, currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student at Faculty of Sport and Health Science, Department of Sport and Health Sciences, Oxford Brookes University, UK.
