Dr Ali Almehaidib is a consultant within the section of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, Department of Pediatrics, King Faisal Specialist Hospital AND Research Center (KFSH&RC) ,Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He is the founder of the Saudi Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship training program.
He is currently the Chairman of the Saudi Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Examination Committee at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
He is a regular speaker at various conferences and delivers lectures on issues related to nutrition and diseases in pediatrics. He has over40 publications.
Dr Almehaidib obtained his MBBS from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and his residency at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center ,Riyadh. He completed his fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the Montreal Children Hospital, McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
